Foundations of YMCA Strength and Condidtiong Course
Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11 from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Take this course to become a personal trainer or just for your own knowlegde of strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training. This 2-day course includes practical application, case studies, and a written exam.
Fee: $30 - free for YMCA fitness instructors

Take this class to learn skills needed to create a variety of safe and effective cycle exercise programs. Learn how to develop new and exciting indoor cycling classes.
